Excellent Furst-to-Hire opportunities with a food processing plant near Dakota, IL. Lab Techs duties include: Quality Checks done in the intake area Food Quality Checks IE PH, moisture, viscosities, color variations, taste test. Floor quality checks including checking labels, dates and codes of each of the products made per shift. Utilizing the QC verification check sheet for other checks.
